With 99% of all installations carried out within a day, our professional team uses the existing roof’s framework to install a series of panels which keep the area below at an ambient temperature throughout the year. Cut onsite using the latest laser-guided Festool power saws, each panel is tailor-made to exact measurements and the waste materials removed for recycling.
COMFIBOARD is manufactured exclusively for ComfiSpace in the UK and complies with both ISO9001:2015 and Pas 24 certification.
The system consists of a central MDF core which is protected by two sheets of polystyrene and two outer PVC panels.

4mm Security Core is a lightweight yet extremely dense reconstituted bonded UPVC material. Its unique properties make it an excellent sound dampener and robust security barrier. Completely waterproof and highly insulating, this core combines with our other materials to provide optimal thermal efficiency for your conservatory.
This product is highly regarded as an excellent insulator and is commonly used in roofing and wall insulation. It’s highly durable and water-resistant, making it the perfect protector for the central MDF sheeting.
Also water-resistant, PVC is fireproof and completely recyclable with an A+ Green Guide rating. For environmentally conscious clients in Eastbourne and Maidstone, it’s CFC- and HCFC-free with zero emissions released during production.
